Welcome to Redecor AI! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Redecor AI mobile application ("App") and services. By using Redecor AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Redecor AI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows you to:

Upload photos of interior spaces
Generate AI-redesigned versions in various design styles
Save and manage your design history locally on your device
Access premium features through subscription

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Redecor AI
Account creation is optional - the App works with an anonymous device identifier
You may optionally sign in with email, Google, or Apple for future features
By using the App, you confirm you meet the age requirement

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Tier

4.3 Subscription Terms

Pricing: Displayed in the app (varies by region)
Billing cycle: Weekly or Yearly (auto-renewing)
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via iOS Settings > Subscriptions
Refunds: Subject to Apple App Store refund policies

Auto-Renewal Notice: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your Apple ID account.

4.4 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial
Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
One free trial per device
Converts to paid subscription automatically after trial

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 You MAY:

✅ Use the App for personal interior design inspiration
✅ Upload photos you own or have permission to use
✅ Share generated designs on social media
✅ Use generated images for personal or commercial projects

5.2 You MAY NOT:

❌ Abuse or overload our systems
❌ Reverse engineer or decompile the App
❌ Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
❌ Upload copyrighted images without permission
❌ Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
❌ Attempt to circumvent usage limits
❌ Resell or redistribute generated designs as a service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Photos

Ownership: You retain ownership of photos you upload
License to us: You grant us a limited license to process your photos for AI generation only
No retention: Original photos are not retained on our servers beyond processing

6.2 Generated Images

Ownership: You own the generated AI designs
Commercial use: You may use generated images commercially
Attribution: Optional but appreciated ("Created with Redecor AI")

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The App, logo, and brand are owned by Redecor AI / Emylabs
AI image generation is powered by Google Gemini
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers

8.1 AI Generation Disclaimer

AI-Generated Content: Designs are created by AI and may not always be architecturally accurate or suitable for actual construction. Use generated designs as inspiration only. Consult professionals for actual remodeling projects.

8.2 "As Is" Service

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including:

No guarantee of specific results or quality
No warranty of merchantability or fitness
No guarantee of error-free operation

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

9. Termination

Cancel subscription anytime via iOS Settings > Subscriptions
Uninstall the app to remove all local data
We may terminate access for Terms violations

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@emylabs.com to resolve the issue informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
